Property Policy
- Check-in from 12:30 PM to 10:30 PM (for arrivals outside this timeframe, prior arrangement is required).
- Check-out until 11:30 AM.
- Late check-out until 18:00 is subject to availability and will incur a charge of 50% of the daily room rate. Departures after 18:00 will be charged at 100%.
- Reservations: To confirm a reservation, the guest must pay a deposit equal to 20% of the total booking value, via our bank account or by contacting the hotel by phone.
- Extra bed: For each additional bed added to the room, the cost increases by 20% of the total room rate.
- Accommodation Tax: The Accommodation Tax of article 53 of Law 4389/16** is borne by the guest.
** accommodation tax: April - October: 2€/day. November - March: 0.50€/day - Payment: The guest must pay the total cost of their stay in advance during the check-in process at the property.
