Welcome to Costarini Hotel. By making a reservation at our property, you fully agree to and accept the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservations and Payments

• To confirm your reservation, a deposit equal to 20% of the total total stay value is required, payable via bank transfer.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full upon your arrival (Check-in) at the property.
• The Accommodation Tax* (according to article 53 of Law 4389/16) is not included in the room rate and is borne exclusively by the guest.

2. Cancellation Policy

• For cancellations made up to [π.χ. 14] days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit is fully refunded.
• For cancellations made less than [π.χ. 14] days prior to arrival, or in case of a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.
• In the event of early departure prior to the scheduled check-out date, the property reserves the right to charge [π.χ. 50% ή 100%] of the remaining nights’ value.

3. Arrival and Departure

• Check-in: 12:30 PM – 10:30 PM. For arrivals outside these hours, please contact us in advance to make arrangements.
• Check-out: Until 11:30 AM.
• Late check-out until 18:00 is subject to availability and will incur a charge of 50% of the daily room rate. Departures after 18:00 will be charged at 100% of the daily rate.

4. Property Regulations

• Pets: Pets are [allowed upon request / not allowed].
• Damages: Guests are fully responsible for any damage or loss caused to the room or the property’s common areas due to their negligence or fault, and are obliged to cover the restoration costs.
